At oophoric.com, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, or accessories.
Please note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or stitching are not considered defects and will not qualify for a free return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards or downloadable digital products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@oophoric.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged upon arrival, or you received the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@oophoric.com.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us with details and a photo of the issue.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.
7. International Returns
Customers outside the United States may return eligible items, but shipping costs and customs fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
